About Praedium

Praedium started with two Kiwi mates who got sick of the fees real estate agents charge. Selling a home is one of the biggest things most of us ever do — and too often a big slice of the money we've worked years for goes on commission.

We knew there had to be a better way. So we set up Praedium to help everyday Kiwis sell their own homes, with the tools and step-by-step guidance to do it well — and keep more of their hard-earned money.

Instead of a percentage of your sale price, you pay a flat fee: $2,000 + GST per house in total. Your checklists, open-home tools, offers and negotiation all live in one place, with local service providers on hand when you need them. You stay in control of your sale from start to finish — and you keep the commission.
